Self Signed Certificates

If you do not use a self-signed certificate, you can skip this section and directly go to Connections.

The plugin needs to know that the server is really your Clarity&Success system. Usually you have a TLS certificate from a certificate authority (CA) which guarantees for the identity of the server. If you decide to use a self signed certificate you need to upload it in order for the plugin to verify the response from the server and create a secured connection. Open the plugin's application (Configuration > Clarity&Success Connector) and select the "Certificates" tab.

Enter a name and select the .crt or .pem file and click on "Add". Now you can create a new connection Connections and select the certificate.
